We had a cozy, quiet stay for three nights in January while skiing at Dolomiti. The food was good and we have no complaints. Thank you, Chiara and Natalia, for being so hospitable, especially as this was my first time outside the United States.

There were plenty of good choices at breakfast, and the food was very good. My top-floor room had a great view. I stayed three nights in the first weeks of October 2025 and, without a car, had to walk about 600 m uphill to reach the hotel, which sits on a hill. The hotel gave me a Sudtirol guest pass for free use on public buses throughout Val Gardena, and the bus stop is right outside.

I’ve just finished a week here with a group of more than 50 skiers. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and everything was spotlessly clean. There’s a boot room and a ski room. You do need the ski bus, but it stops right outside and takes about five minutes to reach the main lift station.

The staff made my recent four-night stay especially nice. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and understanding about my limited Italian. My single room was a good size for a solo traveller and had everything I needed. The free breakfast was incredible, especially the fruit, tea, and soy milk. It was quiet, the gardens were lovely, and the free pass to a spa in the city centre was a great extra. I can’t fault the stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English, German, and Italian. Breakfast was very nice, and the dinners were amazing. The rooms have everything a skier needs without anything unnecessary. The ski room is just around the corner, there’s a ski boot dryer at the hotel, and the bus stop is right outside the door. It’s a 7-9 minute walk to the centre and shops.
