Alessandra welcomed us with homemade cookies, and we enjoyed the free espressos in the mornings. Our family of four came from Canada and stayed at Cassetta di Ale last August. It was peaceful, very clean, and close enough to walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, and beaches around Ortona. From the Aragonese Castle, the Adriatic Sea and local harbor views are beautiful. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the property.
