The room was nice, though a little dark, and we even had bottles of water provided. The host gave us a useful map and suggestions for places to see. He also let us arrive early so we could leave our car in his parking lot, which cost €8 per day. We had a good stay.

It was peaceful, and just 100 meters from plenty of places to eat. The rooms are up in the attic, so expect a lot of stairs. Breakfast was the weak point, very ordinary for somewhere advertised as a B & B.

The owner was very nice and always available, and the room is just a couple of minutes from the Main Street. But the room felt old, with mold in several places, including the shower and AC, and perhaps another spot. I got very sick there, had trouble breathing, and even caught a virus. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I left Orvieto feeling unwell. If you're sensitive to this sort of thing, you might want to avoid the hotel.

I came across this B&B by chance and had no complaints. The room was lovely, warm, comfortable, clean, and well kept, with vintage furnishings. It was quiet at night, and the location was perfect for exploring Orvieto. The owner was genuinely kind and helpful.
