Annarita was kind and helpful, always ready with sightseeing tips and advice to make our holiday better. We arrived to find a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room and some traditional local treats as a welcome gift. There’s free public parking right in front of the house. The vacation home is in Sferracavallo, just 3 km from Orvieto, and well placed for visiting Civita di Bagnoregio and Lake Bolsena, as well as Todi and Viterbo a little farther away. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well furnished, and kept in immaculate condition. It had a large living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, and a long terrace with a panoramic view of Orvieto, plus a well-kept garden. Thank you for your hospitality. The location worked well for visits to Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, and Bolsena. The outdoor garden was lovely and well cared for, and the owner was always kind and helpful. We were welcomed with Christmas treats and found a beautiful tree and elegant holiday decorations inside. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully furnished. All the rooms were spacious, including the living room and kitchen with a lovely sofa. The double bed had a comfortable mattress and excellent memory foam pillows, which I especially appreciated. The bathroom was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Anna Rita made us feel at home and had lots of helpful suggestions. My husband and I spent four days here over New Year’s Eve, and she was an attentive, very helpful host. The apartment was spotless and carefully looked after down to the smallest detail. It has everything you need, so I’d recommend it even for a longer stay. Driving to central Orvieto takes just a few minutes. From the charming bedroom balcony, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the city below. We also loved Civita di Bagnoregio, less than half an hour away. The lovely town on Lake Bolsena is about 30 minutes away too. The scenery on the way there was breathtaking, and the local food was full of flavor. We definitely recommend this apartment. Charming owners and a great location in Orvieto, with a spectacular view. The apartment is spacious, warm, and fully equipped, with care put into every detail. The only thing missing was a dryer. Highly recommend it!
