It takes a little effort to get there, but the setting is stunning and worth the trip. The property is surrounded by greenery and makes a peaceful place to get away from the city's chaos. The rooms were clean and had every comfort, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. I'd definitely come back. Recommended.

I decided not to stay even one night because the conditions didn't feel suitable for a peaceful vacation. The estate charged me a 50% penalty anyway, despite what I saw as obvious problems with its management and communication. Shameful. The place is extremely isolated, with scattered farmhouses far apart and a road that's in poor condition, dangerous, hard to find, and without signs. What should have been a pleasant trip became stressful, with a constant worry that we were lost or stranded. The farmhouse was a 20-minute drive from the management, and once we got there, the estate's restaurant was closed. Without a car, dining nearby or getting back safely at night wasn't possible. Those conditions are unacceptable, especially for someone looking for a relaxing stay, not an odyssey, at a price that isn't cheap. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. If you want a quiet place that's still accessible, with basic amenities and hospitality, look elsewhere.

Getting to this paradise may be the one difficulty, since it's somewhat out of the way. Once there, we had a wonderful time. Our room looked out over the Umbrian countryside, with a breathtaking, dreamlike view. Everything was spotless and the staff were kind and attentive. The room was spartan in style but had every comfort, including the usual shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and slippers in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with cakes, tarts, yogurt, and all sorts of treats.

The pool was great and the location very quiet. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We ate at Di Caio restaurant and enjoyed the food. They opened it even though there were only three of us.
