The views and property at Torre Collevento Italian Villa are fantastic, and it’s near Orvieto. It costs a bit more, but I thought it was worth every cent. Thank you, Eleonora, for a fantastic experience. If you want a stay you’ll remember, this is the place.

Greta and the team made our destination elopement wedding so special. We absolutely love this place and couldn't have picked a better setting. The property, location, and food were all perfect. We can't say enough good things about this hidden escape, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

The real magic here is the owners, Greta and Giacomo. Torre Collevento is a majestic, unforgettable place to stay, and a fabulous way to experience authentic Umbria. If you're visiting Italy, go to Orvieto and stay here. You won't forget it.

Our wedding at Torre Collevento in Orvieto, Italy, was more than we could have imagined, and we'll treasure those memories forever. The countryside setting is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. Every detail and the service exceeded what we expected. Eleonora and Greta were attentive throughout the planning, made sure everything ran smoothly, and put us at ease with their warmth and professionalism. We couldn't have hoped for a more beautiful venue or a better team to work with. We're so grateful to Eleonora, Greta, and everyone at Torre Collevento for making our dream wedding a reality. We highly recommend it for an unforgettable wedding in Italy. Kim & Mark

The wedding day at Torre was the hottest day of 2024, but a breeze on the mountaintop and plenty of shade made our al fresco celebration comfortable. Greta and her team worked with our planner and vendors to move the ceremony from 5:30p to 6:00p so the heat could ease a little. We held it in the villa's olive groves, then had cocktails on the patio with delicious local meats, cheeses, and wines. I still think about that cheese every day, lol. Dinner was served buffet style, with guests at two long tables on the lawn. The white truffle lasagna, spinach meatballs, and dessert buffet were all to die for. The catering staff were kind and attentive, and Greta was there throughout, checking that everything was right. Guests loved the cocktails, especially the espresso martinis, and we danced the night away on the patio. A surprise fireworks show made the night. When the shuttles picked everyone up at 2am, our guests were saying it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. We rented the villa exclusively for 7-days and hosted our wedding at Torre. By the end, Greta and Giacomo felt like family, and we were so sad to leave. Each morning started with a fresh breakfast buffet and made-to-order caffe served by the wonderful Ericka. Guests spent the day by the pool, where they could order cocktails and food from the daily menu. Every guest room had air conditioning and a mini fridge, with the plushest mattresses, pillows, and towels I've felt at any Italian accommodation. Greta and Giacomo thought of every detail, even putting in an industrial ice maker for American guests like us. Greta also helped arrange stays for some of our wedding guests at the newly renovated sister villa down the road, Pietra Campana. We held our welcome party and rehearsal dinner there. Greta and her secretary Eleanora did a lot to coordinate both events and shuttles between the villas and downtown Orvieto all week. Everything about the week, including the wedding, was perfect. We loved our stay and will certainly come back someday.
