The rose path up to the cliffs is worth the steps for those amazing views. The staff were pleasant and kind, and breakfast in the beautiful room came with a lovely hostess. Our spacious room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. I’d happily stay again.

The reception staff made us feel so welcome, especially the warm, helpful young woman who greeted us, perhaps Helena? A special thank you to her. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented in a beautiful setting. From the majestic cliff and the stone pizza oven built into its base to the breathtaking views over Orvieto countryside, the place has a peaceful, personal, almost magical feel. Our classical yet modern room was spotless, quiet, and practical, with a beautiful bathroom and a surprisingly great shower at that height. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I can definitely recommend it.

A romantic, restful stay among some of Italy’s most iconic hills. It’s a lovely base for exploring the beautiful areas of Umbria, Tuscany, and Lazio, along with their amazing food and wine.

We spent three nights at Misia Resort during our month in Italy, and it was a great base for enjoying the Orvieto area. Our suite was spotless, spacious, and very nice, with an amazing view.
