Sabrina was a delight from the first contact through our stay. She answered our questions quickly and took great care of us. The location is also hard to beat: Le stanze di Teodorico is easy to reach from the main car park, with escalators or lifts bringing you within a short walk. It’s a quiet spot, yet only minutes from the main sights and shops, with restaurants just outside. A special mention to Antonio at Mezza Luna, where we had great food, service, and prices. We stayed two nights in La Locanda on November 11 and 12. The room was outstanding, with quality fittings and everything we needed. And La Grotta, the spa cave, was incredible. We spent two wonderful hours relaxing in the pool, sipping Prosecco, and eating the charcuterie platter provided. A fantastic experience. We’ll definitely stay again.

I booked through the hotel’s official website and received a confirmation email, but when I arrived, I was told there was no room available. They said it was a website glitch, offered no apology, and made no attempt to help resolve it. We were left in Orvieto without anywhere to stay. Completely unacceptable.
