Breakfast was delicious, made by Ida with local, wholesome ingredients. She's a fantastic host and works hard to look after the property and her guests. She even checked on our dog while we were at the beach. The accommodation was wonderful, and it's only a short drive to our favorite Sirolo beaches in Parco del Conero. Adorable Olivia, the young French bulldog, showed us around the garden :)

You welcomed and looked after us so kindly that we felt like friends visiting a friend's home. Thank you. It's rare to see that kind of hospitality these days, and you really have it here! Giovanna and Michele

Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was plentiful and good. There was also a fridge for guests and a dispenser for still or sparkling water. The countryside location is peaceful and handy for visiting seaside resorts and little villages. The TV in our room didn't work, and the internet there wasn't great, though I consider those minor issues. I'd happily stay again. Since it's in the countryside, you can expect some insects, so anyone afraid of spiders might not enjoy it.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and breakfast offers plenty of variety, including local products and homemade cakes. Everything is managed well, with a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The cheerful, welcoming owner makes you feel right at home. I'll be back.
