Francesca was friendly, patient, and generous with advice and recommendations. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It's in the best location in Osimo. Everything was perfect!

Federica made us feel welcome and shared lots of helpful tips for our stay. The room was spotless and nicely furnished, and the apartment is right in the city center. There's free overnight parking nearby, too. Osimo worked perfectly as a base for day trips to Parco del Conero, Loreto, and elsewhere during our longer stay in the Marche. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Francesca was attentive, friendly, and professional, and the bright, comfortable apartment was impeccably clean. My two girls, aged 13 and 11, and I ended up here by chance for two days. It turned out to be a great base for exploring the Conero area, with all its villages and beaches, colors and scents. Thanks so much 😊
