It's a great place for friends, families, or couples. You're close to nature and the river, and the city center and sea aren't too far away. Highly recommended!!!!

Daniele was incredibly kind and arranged a delicious lunch just for us, cooked by chef Emiliano. We tried some excellent vegetarian dishes, creative and delicious! We had a wonderful day at this welcoming, beautiful renovated property surrounded by nature. It was a real chance to get away from the city's bustle and recharge. Highly recommend the whole experience. We'll definitely be back!

The laundry room was unusable because so much laundry had been left there, and during our stay the owner arrived without warning and wandered around the courtyard. That cost it a star, despite the owner's friendliness. The house itself was gorgeous, spotless, and had every comfort. It's the nicest place I've ever rented. Still, it's a wonderful place and highly recommended.

We've stayed here several times, and basic supplies like water, oil, pasta, and rice have always been available. The house is well maintained, and the owner is friendly and helpful. It's a quiet spot in the Marche countryside, right on the Cirardengo cycle path, with a peaceful walk into Campocavallo and Osimo center a 15-minute drive away. This time, the kitchen oven wasn't working. The showers could also use improvement: they have curtains instead of glass enclosures, so water inevitably gets onto the bathroom floor.
