The owners were so welcoming and kind, and the area around the apartment is charming. It's about a 15-minute walk to central Osimo, and the sea is around a half-hour drive away. The room has a small living area connected directly to the bedroom, both recently renovated and well cared for. The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine. The kitchenette is being renovated at the moment, which should complete the place nicely. There's indoor parking, and a sweet cat to greet you. Highly recommended!

Daniele is welcoming and helpful, with great local knowledge and plenty of information about routes and facilities. The house is beautiful and peaceful, in a good spot just a short walk from the town center. Recommended.

We spent a week at Villa Anna and have just returned. The residence is lovely and clean, and the place itself is beautiful without being too crowded. Daniele is a wonderful host, attentive and ready with all sorts of information about the area. Marche is waiting to be discovered! 🤗
