The villa's grounds are stunning, with lovely views, and my family enjoyed the spa. Set among the beautiful hills and fields of sunflowers in the Marche, it's in a perfect location. A woman gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The rooms were very, very clean and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.

I've stayed at Villa Belvedere Degli Ulivi several times because it's in a beautiful, relaxing location. The garden is lovely, but getting there is awkward because the roads are inconvenient. Last year, the main road was even closed for construction. The rooms need updating and could perhaps be cleaned more thoroughly. The old "pool" is poorly maintained, and the toilet kept flushing, even at night, which was really annoying. I mentioned it to the owner, but got no response. It's a real shame, since the place could be worth staying at with more care, maintenance, and renovation. Unfortunately, I won't stay there again.

The property could be wonderful, which makes the state of the apartments such a shame. The curtains were dirty, the mattresses weren't satisfactory, and cleanliness was lacking throughout. Even the pool water looked murky. The grounds and exterior are gorgeous and clearly well maintained, but at the price we paid, it just wasn't worth it.
