There’s a superb terrace here, and you can buy hiking maps for the Ostana and Monte Viso region.

The meal the day before New Year’s Eve was very good, but our experience on New Year’s Eve was deeply uncomfortable. There was glitter all over the dining table, and it got into our food and drinks. That means unnecessary microplastic in what we consumed, and it was really unappetizing. We also overheard workers bragging about the glitter, which seemed especially wrong given the place’s claims about being sustainable and environmentally friendly. It didn’t feel like those promises were being kept. The New Year’s Eve food wasn’t cooked very well, and the gluten-free meal was worse. I was first told there would be some kind of risotto, but instead I was served very unpleasant penne, the worst I’ve ever had. Everyone else got two primi, while I got just one. They said they’d bring me two secondi, but that didn’t happen either. In the end, that was probably fine, since the meat was bad and the potatoes were far too hard to swallow. I can’t leave a positive review after this. Please take all your guests seriously and keep the environmental promises you make.
