Check-in was easy. I said I had a booking and they took me to the room, which was good, especially for the price. It is a bit far from the actual beach area, though manageable by car. Breakfast in the morning was awful: orange juice two years past its date, which I refused, dry old bread, and some cured meat. When they asked how I wanted to pay, I said I'd already paid through the app, but I hadn't. I've been trying for days to get an email address so I can PayPal them.

It's a very old house, and you can feel its 100-year history inside. The price is decent, there's air conditioning, and the neighborhood is nice.

We had to find somewhere else to stay. After months of having a room booked, we arrived to find there was no electricity or air conditioning. An electrician came by after a while and said the AC couldn't be repaired because a part was missing. The owner didn't even apologize, and the room was dirty too. I've never had an experience like that.

Gianni and Clelia, the managers, were what made our short holiday special. We came looking for somewhere to use as a base to explore the area, and found comfortable accommodation as well as a family who welcomed us, showed us around, and kept us company during our stay.

We were there for three days, and the staff were rude, treating us like we were the last people on earth. The towels were never changed, the bed was always left messy, the TV didn't work, the bathroom was revolting, and the room stayed dirty. When we raised it with the owners, they lectured us and said electricity costs too much for the property. DO NOT GO THERE, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
