B&B Le Dive

The view over the Marche hills was breathtaking, and we're already hoping to return in summer to see those beautiful patches of land rise. The B&B is just steps from the center and bus stop, and the property was impeccable, spotless, beautifully scented, and had everything we needed. Gianluca was unfailingly kind and friendly, while the exquisite Signora Laura, elegant and gracious, brightened our mornings with her wonderful tarts. Their courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism made this stay exceed every expectation. They feel genuine and humane, which is a rarity these days. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it, ten stars if I could give them instead of five. We'll be back very soon and keep this place as our point of reference. THANK YOU so much.

Mrs. Laura makes delicious breakfast pastries, and she even lets you take some along as a snack, such a sweet, motherly gesture. The owner is wonderful too, and will go out of his way to get you anything you need. Please follow the anti-COVID procedures fully. It's a shame there aren't more rooms, as we'd love to always find one available. I hope they expand, because these people clearly put their heart into their work. The place is beautiful and clean, not far from the sea, and the prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The location works well for exploring the Marche countryside, the coast, and the cities. Management is attentive and careful, and the welcome is warm. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, delicious croissants. Add air conditioning and this would be a truly excellent place. Recommended!

We stayed at Le Dive for the second year in a row, and Mrs. Laura and her husband were just as kind and helpful as before. The rooms are simple, welcoming, and always very clean, and the cakes Mrs. Laura makes for breakfast are especially worth mentioning. It's a 15-minute drive to Senigallia's Velluto beach and the town center. Recommended if you'd like quiet nights in the hills and to feel pampered, like at home.
