The grounds are lovely, with a golf cart to get around, your own vegetable patch to use, and fruit trees all over. Romina and the team were so welcoming, and breakfast and evening drinks always came with great service. We stayed for a week at the end of September and absolutely loved it. Carpe Diem was perfect for the two of us, immaculate and serviced daily. We especially loved the ‘chef in trullo’ experience. Rosa was fantastic with the vegetarian menu, which made enough food for two days. She packed up what we couldn’t finish and left the trullo perfectly tidy. A must-do while staying here! It’s a great base for exploring the area, especially Alberobello and Ostuni. The Borgo is stunning, and we hope to return one day.

We stayed six nights and wished we could have stayed much longer. The accommodation is comfortable and offers a special kind of privacy. Breakfast and aperitif were excellent, and the service left nothing to be desired. We’ll definitely be back!

The private pool and well-equipped kitchen made the stay especially nice. It’s such a peaceful property, and the breakfast setup was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely come back for another relaxing getaway.

The private setting was a real treat. Our place, 'In Trullo Veritas', had its own pool between the two trullos and those lovely arched hammock loungers. It felt very separate from the other accommodation, and the ducks, cockerels and donkeys kept us close to nature. They also take pride in being eco-friendly. We’d been travelling around Puglia with friends for a week, and this was our last stop before heading back to the UK. After seeing the website, we arrived with high hopes and weren’t let down. We spent three marvellous nights at Borgo del Tempo Ritrovato. The accommodation was splendid, with quality throughout, and there was everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, on the barbecue or in the pizza oven. A golf cart was provided for getting around the site and back to our car, which stayed by the front gates unless we went out to explore the area. The staff were fabulous and welcoming. Monica kept in touch on WhatsApp, and when we needed water, it was brought to our accommodation within minutes. A trulli magical experience.
