La Casa del Vicolo by Wonderful Italy

The house is very nice and right in the center, with spaces that seemed ideal at first, so it's a shame the management was so poor. A few hours after we arrived, the air conditioner started leaking heavily onto the floor. Customer service told me to wait until the next day. A kind man came by but didn't seem to be a technician, and only cleaned the filters. That evening it leaked again, even worse. I slipped in the water and could have been hurt. I called again and said I couldn't spend every day mopping up litres of water. They said help would come, but nobody ever showed up, and we had to live with it for the whole vacation. The bathroom screen was stuck, so I had to leave the window open. The shower head was dirty and coated in black grime, there was dust everywhere, and the kitchen was full of ants despite me leaving no food out. That says a lot about the cleanliness. They required payment right away when we booked, but when serious problems needed fixing, they didn't act promptly and basically left us to deal with it alone. Beautiful house, great location, terrible management. If they can't welcome guests and provide basic services, maybe they shouldn't be doing this. I strongly advise against it. Never again.
