The food is why I’d come back. The property grows the ingredients served in the restaurant, and we had an absolute blast at the cooking class with Maria. She was hilarious and made us laugh, so we left with great memories. Breakfast had a wide selection, including gluten-free options if needed. Everything was organic and home grown. The pool and lounge area are beautiful, and the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the family who own the masseria seemed proud of it, which came through in the hospitality. There’s an on-site farm you can walk around, peaceful and quiet, though you may hear the occasional donkey, horse, or peacock. Late April was a bit cold around the pool, so I’d suggest June-September. They also have an electric vehicle charger. Probably the best option in Puglia for a high-end stay at a reasonable cost. We’d recommend it to anyone, so book your trip!

The staff were extremely nice, the rooms very comfortable, and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. There are just a few things they could improve, which we’ve already mentioned to them directly.

The pool area is clean and roomy, with plenty of loungers and side tables. There are shaded and sunny seats throughout, including spots under the trees, egg-chair swings, and seating around the bar. Drinks are good and fairly priced, though there’s a 3 euro per person service charge. That’s not much if you order food or a few rounds, but it makes a 3 euro cappuccino cost 6 euros. The pool slopes in gradually at the shallow end and reaches 5 feet at its deepest. There’s also a walking path and animals. Driving through the gate and along the quarter-mile walled driveway to the secluded resort feels like arriving somewhere royal. The grounds are gorgeous, with lush plants and neatly kept grass. Reception was welcoming and informative. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, WiFi works across the grounds, and the pool and bar have plenty of space.

A great place to unwind by the pool. We stayed in the suite, which had a large terrace overlooking the pool. Breakfast was nicely presented and enough to get by.

We had a lovely stay. The pool is big, which suited me since I like swimming long distances. Lunch under the olive trees was really nice. Dinner had a beautiful feel to it, with a gentle Mediterranean breeze, fresh country air, and just the right temperature.
