We paid a very fair price, especially for high season, and the hotel made our time in Otranto a 10/10. The location puts you right in the middle of everything, yet it was still quiet enough inside to sleep well. Our clean room had everything we needed, and it was tidied during the day and again in the evening for turndown. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to watch the sunset, with ocean and town views over two levels. There’s also a hot tub to use when it cools down in the evening. We had a delicious breakfast with healthy options, and the best cocktails of our Otranto stay on the terrace. The staff made it feel special. Mana and Francesco were there each night with hugs and smiles, great cocktails, answers to our questions, and good conversation. They were so kind. The front desk woman and the woman serving breakfast were also very kind and helpful, though I’m sorry I’ve forgotten their names. It was the best experience. Grazie Millie!

Room 22 was great, and the hotel and its location were fabulous. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, though the rooftop and breakfast wait staff weren’t very friendly. That didn’t really affect our stay, and we’d definitely come back.

The rooftop was a nice extra, and the breakfast was one of the best, with fresh food and baking each day. The staff were incredible. We had a 10/10 stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We had a private deck that was a welcome spot for an afternoon break. The room was well furnished and supplied, and the hotel is right by the Cathedral in the central old town. It’s set back from the main tourist streets, so it stays quiet. Breakfast on the roof patio was lovely, with harbor views and great local food. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were excellent and helpful. One of our best places to stay during a month of traveling in southern Italy. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Our room was comfortable and a good size, with everything we needed, including Sky TV and free Wi-Fi. When the weather permits, breakfast is served on the roof overlooking the bay, and the continental buffet is very good. The hotel is on a quiet street just off the seafront, close to the lively old town. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. We’re not as fluent in Italian as we should be, but the whole team speaks English. The front desk team can also help arrange a trip, suggest restaurants, or organize a transfer.
