The view, room, cleanliness, and breakfast were all lovely, and Silvia was so kind. The B&B is well placed for exploring the Umbria-Tuscia-Sabina triangle and even visiting Rome. It's also easy to get to from the A1 at the Magliano Sabina exit. See you soon.

The owner was kind and quick to help with whatever we asked, and breakfast was generous and good. The shared bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Our room was large with simple furnishings, though the bed felt too soft for us; a board might help keep your back from hurting. This small B&B is close to the A1 near Rome, so it works well as a stop between the north and south. Thank you!

We had a lovely breakfast, and the owners made us feel welcome and at ease. The room and its bathroom were spotless, and the mattresses were comfortable. The place sits in a scenic spot just a few kilometers from the Magliano Sabina highway exit, in a beautiful town with excellent food and drink.

There was no refrigerator in the room, and breakfast was all packaged supermarket food: several kinds of brioche, wrapped croissants, rusks, fruit yogurts, but nothing fresh, not even bread rolls or fruit. The room itself was small, with working air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We found the room, bathroom, linens, and towels clean, which matters a lot to us. The B&B is about ten minutes from the highway exit, with some parking right in front of the house. Otricoli is tiny, but there's a bar, restaurants, and an ice cream shop within walking distance, around 500 meters away.
