I spent five nights at this quiet, pleasant, clean property. Parking is available for €5, and the staff were good. Mr. Ciro, the owner, was kind and helpful even when my plans suddenly changed twice. The main drawback for me was having no breakfast on site. You can go to a bar about 150 meters away, and they also deliver, but that arrangement was a bit inconvenient for my habits. At €60 per person, I found it somewhat expensive. It worked for my stopover, but for €70 with parking and breakfast included, I would have chosen a good hotel.

I had a great time and would recommend the place. The room is bright and very large, with thoughtfully chosen decor, though I would have paid more attention to a few details. Ten stars for the host, who went out of his way to sort out an unpleasant issue caused by Booking.

I picked this place because it was close to the school, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming it was. The room, the surroundings, and the garden are beautiful. The person here is kind and really big-hearted. I'll be back in a few months and will definitely stay here again.

The rooms smell lovely and are very clean, and you can pick one that suits your needs. They also have minibars with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.
