The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and both the friendliness and cleanliness were top-notch. This is the best B&B we've ever found. I recommend everyone give it a try. A stay at this excellent place is well worth it.

Only the cleanliness and the balcony were positive for me. The room was nothing like the presentation photos, and the price was wildly out of proportion to what was offered. My rating is poor, and even that feels too generous. It’s at Via Caracciolo 103, with no sign and no option to pay by card, cash only. We were in Room No. 1. The private bathroom was outside the room, down two corridors of about 4-5 meters each. The services, Wi-Fi, parking, and bathroom were nonexistent or very limited. There was no Wi-Fi, parking meant taking up half of the narrow street, and the narrow bathroom had no bidet, heating, or window for ventilation. There was nowhere to put anything in the bedroom. Sorry the bed was unmade, that was my fault. The TV only played RAI channels. They said they could provide a table and two chairs, but there wasn't room for them. There’s no kitchen, just a coffee machine in the hallway. I also forgot to photograph the distance between the room and the bathroom. The first photo shows how it should be, while the others show how it actually is.

Rosita was so kind and let us use the kitchen on our second night to prepare food for our 10-month-old. We stayed for two nights, and the room, with its private bathroom, was spacious, spotless, tidy, and well furnished. The mattress was very comfortable too. There’s a very good takeout pizzeria downstairs, which we tried on the first night. Excellent value for money. We’d definitely come back if we were passing through.

The location made things easy, with straightforward parking and shops close by in central Pachino. The owner was very kind and let us use her staff since there was no refrigerator in the room. There were no shower kits, though, and the air conditioning was noisy. We stayed one night and found the room clean, very spacious, and with a large balcony and clothesline. Hospitality and courtesy were there throughout.
