The good points were the price and location, clean rooms, a spacious guest room and kitchen, a large bathroom, and a breakfast that was pretty good. On the downside, there’s no elevator and the rooms are on the third floor. The air conditioner outside the window was very loud, apparently in one of the two rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, but they’re outside the bedrooms, so you have to use the shared corridor to reach yours.

There’s a large shared living area, and the apartment is quiet and well maintained. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bathroom assigned to each bedroom, though both bathrooms are outside the bedrooms. The second bedroom and bathroom are smaller, but still very comfortable. You’ll find Wi-Fi and a washing machine. It’s close to San Paolo Hospital, though a bit far from the city center. The street is a dead end, so don’t drive down it. Park first, perhaps on the main road.
