Every room was full of art, which made this such a cool place to stay. The Hostess was kind and helpful, and breakfast was great. We also got lucky with a lift to the train station from the other host.

The inside is like a museum, with art and artifacts everywhere, and no photos really do the place justice. Our host was warm and friendly. He welcomed us with a glass of prosecco, two friendly cats, and an even friendlier dog, then insisted on driving us to the train station on our last day. We loved our stay and are absolutely looking forward to coming back.

The house and garden are like a snapshot of Italian history, and the collections of artifacts inside feel straight out of a fascinating movie. This is an eclectic little palazzo outside Padova, and the family hosting us were incredibly generous and lovely. They welcomed us at the last minute, at night, and insisted on taking us to the train station. The price was a bargain too. I meant to write this right after our 10/17 (or was it 10/18?) stay, but forgot. I felt guilty because the hosts were so welcoming. 5 stars.
