The room itself was fine, but I had a very unpleasant stay because of the fixed arrival window and the location. They insisted guests arrive between 3 and 7 pm, whatever their plans, and told me, “these are the rules of our house, it's not a hotel.” That was especially frustrating since check-in is fully automatic and nobody is there, so in practice guests could arrive at any time. It also feels isolated. The only bus connection to the city center is №15, and the ride takes about 25 minutes. The last service is around 8 pm, so without a car you’re left walking 6 km or renting a bike in the evening. The bathroom is shared. I’d strongly advise avoiding this place.

If you have a car and just need a clean, comfortable bed, this guest house/hotel is worth considering. Without a car, I wouldn’t choose it for a visit to Padova. It’s quite far from the center, and the bus service isn’t convenient. There’s no bus to this area at night, so after dinner you end up taking a taxi.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the reception was excellent. It’s a peaceful spot in a pleasant neighborhood, with a very good bakery and a restaurant serving local food.

Everything was very clean, the check-in was quick, and the bed was really comfortable. My room shared a bathroom with the other two apartments on the landing. The bathroom door opens right onto the stairs, with two steps down and back up to get in. Seems like a setup where someone could slip and get hurt.
