We were told to leave our bicycle in the garage during our two-day stay, with the key kept only at reception. When we went to retrieve it, its lock had been stolen. The staff were incredibly rude when we raised this. They shouted at us and acted physically aggressive, as if they might hit us. They steal guests' belongings when they're away. The receptionist working the morning of 30.11.2025 was especially rude and unprofessional.

The location was great, right by the center and train station, and the hotel was cheap. But it wasn't very clean, and there was no water, kettle, or microwave. I'd be better off booking an Airbnb.

The room was dirty and really loud at night. The bathroom was so moldy and smelly that you couldn't go in. They sprayed a huge amount of deodorizer, but the smell was still unbearable.

Our booking was confirmed by email and directly over the phone for two nights, but when we arrived, we were told there was no room booked for us. Somehow they hadn't registered it, and there were no other rooms available. The attendant said he was sorry and did what he could to help us find another hotel, but couldn't. We did get our money back, which was the least they could do. This was not very serious handling and could leave guests in a difficult situation.

It's close to the train station, so the location is good. But the service and everything else about the hotel were so bad that it doesn't deserve even one star. The rooms were really poor. I won't come back 👌🏿.
