M14 Duomo Apartments

At check-in at M14 Hotel, we were given the wrong keys for the apartment and had to wait an hour for the right ones. The place itself was a disaster, with very little comfort and dirt everywhere: ants in the bed, dead insects and dust clumps on the floor, and what looked like blood from squashed mosquitoes smeared across the walls. The beds were more like camp beds without slats, and the shower had dirt caked on it. The air conditioning switched on but didn’t cool the room because it had no refrigerant. The terrace was filthy too, with crumbs on the plastic table, an anthill on it, and chairs soaked in stagnant water that couldn’t be used.
