The rooms look well equipped, but they’re cold. It’s October, and apparently the hotel doesn’t switch on the heat until November. We were told to “put on some clothes” in the meantime. Seriously? The place looks nice, but the attitude isn’t. Don’t stay here, maybe in November!

La Certosa di San Lorenzo is right next door, and the place has lovely aesthetic details. We had a great stay thanks to the clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly service. We’d love to come back.

We visited with family, and the pool area was excellent. The water is cool, which feels great on a really hot day. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are great.

I was here for a wedding. The location is fabulous, right next to the certosa, and the food was very nice.
