You’ll need a car, since this quiet house is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The views are lovely, and at night all you hear are the crickets. It’s well equipped, too. There’s plenty to do nearby: visit San Gimignano, Val d' Elsa, and Peccioli, stop for a wine tasting, or have a drink at bar La Terrazza. You can have a really nice time here.

The four of us spent three nights here and would love to return. The house was even better than we expected, thoughtfully planned down to the smallest detail and furnished with care. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there’s a lovely garden with places to sit. The kitchen has everything you need. Luca was very friendly and kind. By car, Florence, Sangimignano, and other pretty Tuscan towns are less than an hour away. Just be sure to have a car to get here. Thanks so much, Luca!

We were three people staying in the apartment for two nights, and had a wonderful time. It was quiet and very clean, with parking nearby and a courtyard set up for outdoor meals, with loungers, a table, and an umbrella. Inside, we had everything for everyday use, including pots, dishes, cookware, and basic condiments. Luca was helpful with practical information and suggestions for trips and places to eat. The dog Ugolino, known to his friends as Lino, was incredibly welcoming and cuddly. It’s conveniently located for the Green Triangle, Peccioli, Lajatico, the nearby villages, and Volterra.

We had a great week here with our two small children. The apartment was just as described, clean, tidy, and quiet. Luca was very helpful and shared lots of tips on places to visit. And a shout out to Lino 🐕, such a sweet dog. The kids loved him 🥰
