We were on holiday and found all the calls and messages about arriving on time really upsetting. They first contacted us four days ahead to ask when we'd arrive, then kept pushing us to be there while they were at the accommodation. Self check-in had been possible from the start, so they could have arranged that straight away. People on vacation don't want that kind of pressure. When we arrived, the room and bathroom weren't the ones shown in the Booking photos. We raised it with the owner, whose attitude was horrible. They nearly left us out on the street. I can't recommend this place, and would try to avoid it.

We were left waiting for the owner when we arrived. We'd booked a 37 sqm room with three beds and a jacuzzi, but were given a smaller room with just two beds after being told there'd been a change to the reservation. The owner said the jacuzzi was having a problem, so we couldn't have the room we'd booked. Looking through the reviews now, it seems this may happen regularly. Be careful, and don't agree to cancel your Booking.com reservation if the owner asks.

The people working here were lovely and tried to help their guests. We liked the clean place, the good breakfast, and the perfect location.
