A lovely, well-appointed place to stay. Our two rooms were clean and quiet, and each had its own private balcony, which was a very nice touch. It’s in a condominium building, close enough to the city center to be convenient but far enough away to feel peaceful.

That little balcony made the stay even more enjoyable. I honestly can't think of a single thing to complain about, so “excellent” is the one word I'd use. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Florence. Keep it up!

We had a really comfortable, clean room, and it looked just like the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with Santa Maria Novella close by. We also got a good rate on the guesthouse's own site. There was a small snag with the city tax, which wasn't their fault, but they helped sort it out in minutes. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The room was so quiet that we all slept well, and our children especially loved having the little yard to sit in with its table and chairs in the evenings. We stayed in the superior room at the beginning of July 2023 and found it a decent size, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed.

We loved staying here. The guesthouse looked just like its pictures, and everything was clean. The beds were really good, and the shower was nice too. A beautiful, comfortable place, highly recommend it!
