4/10
It’s close to everything, which is the good part, but there were several problems. The AC wasn’t working, and with the windows open it was so noisy that earplugs would help. The comforter had no duvet cover, and there was visible dirt along every edge. I believe it had never been washed. The bathroom was dim, the shower stall was quite tight for an adult man, and flushing the toilet was difficult. The towels were dingy and grayish white.

The apartment was good and renovated, but the service fell a bit short. During our three-day stay, the bathroom amenities were sparse or missing altogether. The air conditioning did work, though even running it all day as the host suggested wasn’t enough to cool the room properly.

The bedroom has a beautiful fresco on the ceiling, and the apartment is very spacious with all the comforts. It can sleep up to six: one double bed, a sofa bed, and two single beds. It’s also convenient for transport, just a 10-minute walk from the central station.

The owner was very friendly, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent too. If I come back to Palermo, I’d definitely stay here again.
