We booked through Booking two weeks ahead, then the hotel canceled suddenly just 24 hours before check-in. They said there was a problem with the roof of my room, but offered no alternative or help. Their unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and ruined our stay in Palermo.

The hosts were so accommodating, and the apartment had a stylish feel. Every part of our stay went smoothly, from the thoughtful details to the delicious breakfast and perfect location. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

We felt at home for all three days, and if we come back to Palermo, we'll definitely choose this place again. Amelie was very kind about our needs, even when I bothered her one day because I thought I'd lost my fanny pack. The location is exceptional, just a five-minute walk from Piazza Politeama. Our large room was functional, with a lovely living room, sofa and TV, plus a very useful extra space. Wi-Fi was very fast, the kitchen was lovely, and the bathroom was adequate. Everything looked as pictured. A great experience, thanks for everything.
