Rosy made our stay feel effortless. She was attentive, genuinely warm, and quick to handle even small requests. She checked in several times to see if everything was going well, and gave us her personal number in case we needed anything. Belmonte Luxury Rooms is also well placed for walking to Palermo’s sights, restaurants, and markets. After a day out, it was peaceful enough to relax away from the busy city.

The rooms are huge, spotless, and nicely decorated, with high ceilings. You can walk to everything from this excellent location. There’s also a small parking lot across the road, handy if you have a car. Rosy was great with service and support, and kept in touch in case we needed anything. Access is smart and the property feels extremely secure, with four separate access points. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Palermo.

The room was pretty and had what we needed to be comfortable, and the host was kind over messages. Getting in was the frustrating part. Nobody was there to meet us for our early afternoon check-in, so we got several instruction videos instead. There were three doors to get through with keys or instructions, and the hallway to the room was dark. We were given a ring with several keys and didn’t know which went where, so coming back each time was a hassle. The location also felt far from everything in the city. I’d expected a different kind of stay.
