The location made getting around easy: everything was walkable, and there was a bus stop nearby. The apartment was spotless, cosy, and modern, with plenty of towels, bottled water, and a well-equipped kitchen for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was just right for the Sicilian heat. We also found a personal note and welcome gifts waiting when we arrived. Cristiano at BURNÌA made the stay in Sicily memorable. He went out of his way from the beginning, contacting us before arrival to help arrange transport and sharing local tips to avoid tourist traps. He was warm and attentive, and we honestly can't think of any downsides. We feel spoiled for our next trip and can't wait to come back!

The rooms were great, the location was convenient, and it was good value for money. The host didn't speak English, but Google Translate helped us communicate. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable, quiet stay in a spotless apartment. The photos are accurate, though the place is even more spacious in person. The owner waited for us and walked us through everything, then showed us where to park. Palermo is chaotic, and there's a restricted zone you can't drive into without a paid permit, so that help was useful. Everything was clean and felt perfect for us. We still have a lot to see in Palermo, so we'll be back and will stay here again. Highly recommended!
