At first the room seemed nice, but the stay turned into a huge disappointment. I barely slept for two nights because the loud parties downstairs made it feel like sleeping in a nightclub, and the balcony did nothing to block the music. I messaged the owner the next day and got no reply, even though he'd reminded me several times beforehand not to forget the city tax. The room looks lovely in the photos but is already worn: there were stains on the bedspread and holes in the sheets and blanket. The bed itself was quite uncomfortable. I chose badly. If you need a normal night's sleep, this isn't the place. I really can't recommend it. Palermo has plenty of better options.

The room was fine, and check-in by yourself was easy. But the music shook the place all Saturday night, going on until at least 3 a.m. Sunday. I hadn't read the several reviews mentioning this weekly noise, and the night was enough to make me warn others away on weekends. Weekdays should be okay.

The room was clean, the host was nice, and the terrace looked out over a lively square. Really recommend it!

It's a great spot for getting around, but the room wasn't very good and the bathroom was almost unusable. You couldn't put toilet paper in the toilet without it clogging, and nobody told us this beforehand. The towels were worn and torn. The owner was kind, but after I paid the tourist tax he wouldn't issue an invoice right away. He said he was out of town and would email it. Months later, after several calls, I still had nothing. I'd paid everything by bank transfer before arriving. It was shameful and dishonest. I'll report it to the relevant authorities.
