For the price, this is an affordable place where you can stay a long time without spending too much. It suits people working nearby or needing a longer stay. The hotel is central, with metro and bus stations five minutes away, and was made by converting old houses. Double rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the so-called double beds are two singles pushed together. Single rooms are roomy and the bed is comfortable, but the bathroom, especially the shower, is very small and uncomfortable. Rooms are cleaned fairly well each day, and the air conditioning works. The Wi-Fi is secure, though I never used it. The outlets work, but once the bedside lamps had no bulbs.

This used to be Casa Marconi, but it's no longer a B&B. It's now a reception center for political refugees.

There's no Wi-Fi on the fourth floor, but that's okay. The price is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the small bathroom is also comfortable and very clean. The owner is truly lovely and very kind. I highly recommend it.
