The location and room size were the parts I appreciated. We visited with family, and everything we wanted to see in Palermo was walkable or a short taxi ride away. The rooms were a good size with lovely high ceilings, and Antonella from the kitchen staff was really lovely. I’d only recommend it for the convenience and the spacious rooms, though. Several parts of the stay went wrong. We booked a room with breakfast included, and the listing said there were continental and buffet options. In practice, only bread and tea were included. Anything else, such as eggs or sausage, cost extra. On our third day, we put the dirty towels out and left the clean ones on the rails. After a long day exploring, we came back at night to find the supposedly fresh towels by the sink were wet. When we opened them, they were dirty. We raised it with Carlotta at reception the next morning and were told, “we don't like to change the towels often.” It seemed they’d picked up the towels we left on the bathroom floor and folded them back up. We were appalled. It was extremely unhygienic. Also, Wi-Fi was available only in public areas, basically reception and the hallway, not the bedrooms. Sometimes there was a very weak signal in the room, and there was no reception in the dining room.

This is a bed and breakfast converted from a residential building. We’re the only family still living here alongside the tourists. I don’t know what the inside is like.

We really loved our suite. It was beautiful and spacious, with an amazing bathroom. Thanks for the great hospitality. We’ll definitely come back!
