The location was perfect for my five-day stay, and breakfast was tasty. I’d have liked more kinds of bread. A few of the employees spoke English and were really friendly, and one even lent me a charger after I lost mine. The hallway noise carried into the room, and one night the phone rang twice very late and woke me up. Cleaning could’ve been better: the floor was still dirty after the cleaner came, with hair and sand beside the bed. The shower was mostly cool. I also wasn’t told what to do with the keys, so I left them in my room when I had to leave early. They said reception was open 24/7, but nobody was there that morning, and I couldn’t get back in with my key.

The hotel is right in the city center, close to everything, which made getting around easy. It’s a basic, average stay, though, not somewhere I’d choose for luxury or a proper three-star experience. The double bed was actually two separate mattresses, and they kept splitting apart in the middle. That made sleeping uncomfortable, especially for a couple. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom, where the toilet and shower are in the room, particularly when it was windy. Really unpleasant.

4/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good, with attentive people there. The hotel is also conveniently close to central Palermo. Still, it wasn’t a great experience. The rooms are bare-bones and the building is very average. The bathrooms had terrible water pressure, and the rooms didn’t feel very clean. The elevators were scary and kept breaking down. Nothing particularly upscale about the place.

The people working there were kind, helpful, and understanding, and the central location is convenient. Breakfast was decent too, with fresh ingredients. But the rooms were terrifying. It didn’t even feel like a room, more like a cell attached to a monastery.
STRAIGHT 2.

A top pick for a budget hotel. Giacomo and Luca deserve a big thank you, they notice every little detail and are making the place much better. The pillows are fantastic, breakfast comes with real mozzarella, and the AC works properly. Grazie 🙏
