We had a very comfortable stay in a one-bedroom apartment. The place was clean and nice for a few nights in Palermo, and it’s easy to walk to the city centre. It’s also within walking distance of the cruise departure or arrival point, which makes it convenient for a cruise.

The rooms were clean, the service kind, and the location good. Breakfast was Italian rather than continental, with lots of sweet food but no fruit or vegetables. Having the same white bread each morning got dull, and a bit more variety would have been welcome.

The staff were wonderful and very patient with my very poor Italian. The only downsides were weak internet in our room and having to ask for spoons for our breakfast cereal.

We spent two nights here before our cruise, and it was a lovely stay. The room was perfect, and breakfast was typical continental fare served with a friendly smile. Many highlights are within walking distance, and the port is easy to reach. Just perfect.
