Giovanna and Massimo, the owners of IL DETTO, gave us a wonderfully warm welcome and shared all the right tips for enjoying Palermo. There was even a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge. What a great stay!

I was very happy with the apartment I stayed in over the Easter holidays. It was really clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including an espresso machine with delicious pods. The location is right in the city center. I’ll definitely return. TOP 👍🏻

The central location made one of the two "il Detto" apartments a perfect base for my vacation. It also had lots of amenities that made the stay feel special. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to really experience beautiful Palermo.

We had already paid in full for the apartment for the week of August 15th. When we arrived in Palermo, the host called to say we couldn’t use the place, then disappeared. We were left without a place to stay during the week of August 15th, when finding accommodation in Palermo is impossible. We reported what happened right away and are taking legal action. I’m giving one star only because that’s the lowest rating available. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The apartments are beautiful and comfortable, in the alleys just beside central Palermo and about a 5-minute walk from the Teatro Massimo. The property is dated but has been completely renovated.
