L'Orlando Furioso

We only stayed one night, but Antonella made it as pleasant as possible. She suggested several places to see and even helped us sort out parking in Palermo, which took a lot of stress away. The B&B is cozy and very conveniently placed for visiting the city. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast.

We were warned about street noise, though it was mostly fine, and the beds took a little getting used to. The shower was spacious, the rooms had plenty of space, and everything was neat and tidy. Antonella was lovely, and the staff were so accommodating. They let us check in early and had breakfast ready for us. Breakfast was always delicious, with cold cuts, cheeses, and pastries, plus cappuccino and other coffee drinks made to order. We spent four days in Palermo, and the location was great, close to the homestyle restaurants we loved. Most places, including the harbor, train station, and attractions, were about a 15-20 minute walk away. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Antonella was the highlight of our stay. She went out of her way to make it memorable, and we’ll be back next time we’re in Palermo. The B&B sits just off the busy main area, so it’s easy to reach but still quiet. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, and we slept really well. The pizzaria below the rooms served the best pizza we had in Italy!

Antonella is the reason I’d tell anyone to book here. She made us feel more welcome and at home than I can remember at any other stay. She was always ready with advice or a chat and a laugh, and we’re so grateful. The B&B is conveniently placed for Palermo’s main sights, with a drugstore opposite and two restaurants next door. It’s on the second floor, but there’s a lift. The rooms have the essentials, and we found the beds very comfortable.
