There's an older apartment and a newer one. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, close to the center, train station, and Ballarò market.

We found water, coffee pods, sugar, and herbal tea in the kitchen when we arrived, a nice start to our three days at Casa del Vicolo. The small apartment is well suited to a short stay, and there are bakeries and a well-stocked supermarket just steps away. It's a great location for travelers, close to both train and bus stations. A pleasant walk through Palermo's streets takes you to the center and port without needing public transport. Alex was quick to respond and very helpful with our needs. We'd highly recommend Casa del Vicolo!

This little house has a really homey feel and is charming and super clean. It has working air conditioning, a gas stove, washing machine, and TV, along with all kinds of useful things, from breakfast supplies like coffee and tea to a hair dryer, mop, broom, and kitchen utensils. Alessandro took care of everything and was always available, in person or by phone, whenever we needed anything.

The apartment was pleasant and recently renovated, and came with everything we needed, including shower gel and beach towels. The landlord was extremely friendly and available for any requests. The train and bus stations are nearby, and Palermo's main streets are a short walk away.
