The location worked really well for us, even in our 70s, and the owner’s restaurant tips and suggestions for getting around were spot on. The place was clean, and the host was fantastic. We’d happily return. A couple of things could be better: breakfast had plenty to choose from, but an omelette would’ve been nice. And while it’s not the hotel’s fault, the graffiti around the city, even on ancient buildings, was awful and made the place look terrible.

We stayed five nights and found the employees really friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we got upgraded twice, first when we arrived and again three days later because the shutters weren’t working properly. The hotel is centrally located, near the main shopping street and supermarkets.

We really liked the hotel's location, and the rooms themselves were very nice. The cleanliness fell short of our standards, though: there was dust, stains on the walls, and something in a corner that looked like vomit. The mattress was so uncomfortable it felt almost like sleeping on the floor.

Getting around Palermo was easy from La Terraza Palace, and the staff helped with taxis and suggestions for places to visit. Antonio and Angelo were especially attentive and courteous, and they took care of our requests and dietary needs. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with an impressive bathroom. Breakfast each morning had plenty of tasty options. From the warm welcome onwards, the service made our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Really enjoyed the breakfast. The place has a lovely terrace and has been refurbished.
