The place was spotless and comfortable, with a perfect garden, and just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the host would make a cup of coffee if you asked. The hosts were lovely to talk to and always available for questions. They also helped us rent a car and suggested good places to visit.

Everything was newly done and nicely decorated, from the bedroom and bathroom to the shared area. The three owners gave great service, and breakfast was amazing. My one suggestion is to use softer sheets, since these felt rough.

That orange juice was so sweet and tasty, made fresh from oranges in their garden. I don't even like orange juice, but this was divine. Breakfast also had fresh ricotta, walnuts, cheeses, cakes, local pastries and fruit, plus the usual ham, salami and eggs if you wanted them. The room was completely new, spotlessly clean, and decorated with lovely contemporary art. The bathroom was exquisite, and the bed was so comfortable, with fresh-smelling new sheets. After a bad experience in Palermo, we couldn't believe our luck. A lovely couple welcomed us so warmly, with no pretense at all. They were friendly and helpful with every little thing we mentioned. Even though we booked weeks ahead, they didn't ask us to pay in advance. They lent us two bikes, and we had a great day riding up to the national park. The best place in Sicily. Absolutely recommend it!

Free parking was a huge bonus, and the owners were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, with a great range at breakfast. It's five minutes on foot to the beach and around 20 minutes to Mondello's center. We used electric scooters to get there. There are also some great restaurants about 10 minutes away in the backstreets, which I'd recommend. An easy, perfect base in wonderful Mondello.
