We spent two weeks in the family room with our two young children, aged 4 and 7, and had a lovely time. The apartment is spacious and very well located, so we could visit the central sights, come back for a break, and head out again in the evening. Cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and bus stops are all nearby, yet the place itself stays quiet and peaceful. It felt safe for the kids, and each room had its own lock. The shared kitchen and living area is used by another group too, but there’s plenty of room, so it wasn’t a problem. There are windows facing different directions, bringing in fresh air and sunshine. Luigi and his maintenance team were hands-on and always ready to help. The children had a wonderful stay and will remember Luigi and the apartment, where we got a feel for local Italian life. Thanks again to Luigi and the team. We hope to visit Palermo again.

Such a clean, calm, and peaceful place. Gabriele was lovely and professional, and helped us a lot. It’d be my first choice if we come back.

The design is quite interesting, especially the semi-open bathrooms built into the rooms. Just keep in mind this is a hostel, and there’s no elevator, so heavy suitcases or extra bags would be a hassle. You need to be comfortable staying in this particular area. We’d still come back.

We found it convenient to be able to park nearby, then enjoy the pedestrian center on foot. The place sits between the main car roads and the pedestrian streets. Everything was clean, the welcome was good, and we had no complaints.

Great value for money. The room was simple, tidy, and clean. We chose the private bathroom, which was outside the room, and it was spotless and had everything we needed. Very central location in a really quiet area. Highly recommended.
