Nicarè City Apartments

The sea is right across the street, and you can see it from the window. Gaspare was very helpful, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The street outside is busy, though the windows block the noise really well. Parking is fairly easy to find; reaching the center takes a little more effort, but a tram five minutes away or a bus from the apartment goes to the central station.

We spent nine days here as a family of four and would give it 10/10. The little fish and vegetable market is right outside, Conad is about a five-minute walk, and the sea is roughly 50 meters away. Our bedroom had a lovely sea view and balcony, and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is modern and exceptionally well kept, with two effective air conditioners, good Wi-Fi, and a TV with YouTube and Italian channels. The kitchen has the essentials, while the separate bathroom includes a bidet, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Entry is by code, so there are no keys to carry. We recommend it!

The owners were friendly and easy to reach, and gave us helpful tips on food, routes into the city center, and cultural spots. Check-in and check-out are handled electronically, which was simple. The apartment is tastefully furnished and recently renovated, with excellent air conditioning. It faces a busy road but is very well soundproofed. Right by the sea and next to the fish market, with good parking too. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time, and the hosts were friendly and always available. The apartments are bright, luxuriously furnished, and look out toward the sea and Mount Pellegrino. Buccheri La Ferla Hospital is just steps away, and the on-site culinary studio serves fresh seafood lunches and dinners. We'll definitely come back. Highly recommended.
