Massimo’s warmth and friendliness came through as soon as I called to book Palart, after finding it while searching for a central place on Booking. By the time we hung up, I was already wishing I were there. I booked three days in the Iris room, since the most popular room was taken, though I got to see all of them. The decorated ceilings and the cleanliness throughout stood out. My sister especially liked having coffee in the room. Next time I’ll ask for the rooms, because in Palermo you're never alone 🏳️‍🌈. Massimo also made clear that three days barely scratch the surface of what Palermo offers. Breakfast was superb, freshly prepared to suit our preferences, with no waste. I felt like a prince. Highly recommended. Sadly, I can’t add photos.

Alessandro and Massimo, the owners, were friendly and knew their stuff. Their tips gave us plenty to explore in Palermo. I’d found the B&B on Facebook and was pleasantly surprised by how carefully its historic features had been restored and preserved. The bathrooms and furnishings are all new, and the balcony looks out over the main street in the historic center. I’m a coffee addict, so having a machine in the room was a real plus.

I’ve just come back and already miss the place. Massimo was great and always available, and the rooms were spectacular, more like works of art. The B&B sits right in the historic center. Best of the best. If you’re going to Palermo, you have to stop here.

The owners were lovely and helpful, even over the phone, and found me secure covered parking right beside the hotel. I spent a few days at Pal Art Rooms & Suites and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It’s right in the city center, and my room had beautiful cherry wood. A perfect choice for a visit to Palermo.

Massimo, the manager, was kind, knew the area inside out, and gave us great advice. The hospitality was excellent, and honestly the breakfast alone deserves a 5-star rating for palart. The property is beautiful, in a handy spot for seeing the city, inside a historic building that’s been carefully renovated.
