We stayed at Palazzo Planeta for two nights over Christmas with our family and found the staff great and very helpful. Our two bedroom, two bath apartment had a living room and kitchen, and my mother-in-law had a one room suite. The rooms were nicely furnished and decorated, with great beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location was great, too. Our apartment faced busy Via Roma, though, and it was loud through the night. Over the weekend there were cars honking, loud music, and firecrackers going off. That may have been because of the time of year, but the windows could use better soundproofing. I’d suggest asking for a room facing via Amari instead. We’d recommend Palazzo Planeta.

Our apartment had two bedrooms and everything we needed for either a short or longer stay. The building is beautiful, and the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed being there. My one issue is that the mattress in the second bedroom was much too firm for my taste. A soft mattress topper would make a big difference. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

We found the apartment beautiful, clean, and spacious, in a fantastic location. The multiple rooms and bathrooms make it a great choice for families traveling with teenagers or adult children. Alessia was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I’d recommend this place to all kinds of visitors.

The staff were friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. The hotel is on a lovely side street, well placed for walking to the market and historic areas. My mother and I stayed for two days and both loved it. Our room was well equipped, with large, beautiful windows that kept out the street noise. Highly recommend!

We spent Christmas at Palazzo Planeta with a family group of 14 and booked four apartments (4, 3 and 2). Everything was perfect: the apartments were very clean and well equipped, and the biggest one had plenty of space for everyone to sit together. The location was very good, and the Palazzo Planeta team were always helpful and flexible with our requests. Greetings from Poland.
